In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and toro12. By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or engaging in any real money play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If toro12 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings may be forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. You represent and warrant that your participation on the toro12 Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the toro12 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on toro12 or have voluntarily requested closure of a prior toro12 account on responsible gaming grounds.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of toro12 or any of its affiliated gaming studios, platform providers, or payment processors.

To access real money play and financial services on toro12, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

When selecting a username and password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your toro12 account credentials with any third party. toro12 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. • All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• toro12 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.
• Account usernames may not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or include personally identifiable information such as a full name or national ID number.
• Players are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their toro12 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the account holder.

toro12 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. toro12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, when a player's cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or where toro12 has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or an official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your registered address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) or bank account used for deposits, confirming that it is registered in your name.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. toro12 will endeavour to process KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving a complete set of required documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension.

toro12 supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Indonesian players, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in IDR unless a player elects to use USDT, in which case the USDT equivalent is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

Supported Deposit Methods:

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during WIB banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 for bank and e-wallet methods; 15 USDT for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
• toro12 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are solely your responsibility.
• Players must complete any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing balances that include bonus-derived winnings. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• toro12 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000 or equivalent, including requesting updated KYC documentation.

toro12 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and other Indonesian cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have fully registered accounts, completed any required KYC steps, and are aged 21 or over. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only; toro12 reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts suspected of bonus abuse or professional arbitrage.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagering of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Sports betting may contribute 100% on pre-match markets and 50% on live in-play markets. 4. Bonus Expiry: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered within fourteen (14) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that remain unmet at expiry will be automatically forfeited.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds (without any real-money wagering contribution) is capped at 10x the original bonus value.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus and its associated wagering progress.
7. Abuse and Fraud: toro12 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend an account if it determines, in its sole judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, colluded with other players to exploit a promotion, or otherwise attempted to defraud the Platform.

All games and betting markets offered on the toro12 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game studio or sportsbook provider, as displayed within each game or market interface. By placing a wager or entering a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All RNG-based games on toro12 — including slots, RNG roulette, and virtual games — use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified by internationally recognised auditing bodies. Results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any player action.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. toro12 will not void valid game outcomes solely due to player-side connectivity issues.

• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or market interface. toro12 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a platform, software, or network malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, toro12 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toro12 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors in the sportsbook for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate live casino outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, conceal, or launder proceeds of criminal activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Opening multiple accounts, or using another person's account, whether or not that person has consented.
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged KYC documents.

• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at toro12 employees or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

All content on the toro12 Platform — including but not limited to the toro12 brand name and logo, game graphics, platform design, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of toro12 or is licensed to toro12 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in any toro12 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the toro12 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any toro12 content without the prior written consent of toro12.

toro12 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:

toro12 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the toro12 Platform or any game or betting market thereon.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance you place on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game results, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity, regardless of the cause or circumstances.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under mandatory applicable law, toro12's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant incident.

You may close your toro12 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

toro12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring toro12 to cease providing services to a particular player or jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, toro12 reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including any pending withdrawal amounts, as a remedy for the losses and costs incurred by the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toro12 is incorporated and holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice from the complaining party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent toro12 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

toro12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, toro12 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the toro12 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
